My formal training is in Molecular and Cellular Biology (PhD, Oregon State University), and Nutritional Sciences (MS, University of Michigan) as well as Project Management (PMP, Project Management Institute). I completed my Post-Doctoral work in the Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience Institute at the University of Michigan and spent 15 more years as a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan before joining the Institute for Systems Biology. I also have an adjunct appointment as an Associate Clinical Professor at the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine at Washington State University. My interests are in promoting Scientific Wellness and the advancement of P4 Medicine throughout the healthcare system.
