Arpita Joshi, PhD

Postdoctoral Fellow

Computational Biology

Dr. Arpita Joshi received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts. Her graduate work focused on algorithm development, high performance computing and machine learning to sample intermediate protein conformations and simulate protein folding.

Dr. Joshi uses computational approaches to investigate molecular structure, function, and to study disease and wellness datasets. She has developed novel algorithms for data representation, for honing data features and observations, and for analysis, modeling and visualization of high dimensional complex data.
